AD?

One sec.

Sorry about that.

Hi AD, welcome to my home.

Come on in.

Let me show you around.

[gentle music]

I moved into this lovely townhouse around a month ago,

and I would say the vibe here is inviting, chill, cozy,

colorful, but not too much color.

I had the pleasure of working with ANBH Interiors,

and she's an old friend of mine, and we had so much fun.

She's known to be a minimalistic queen,

so my two must-haves were cozy and color,

and she delivered.

I think the design

of my home really reflects my creative side.

I film a lot of my content at home,

and I have a lot of different personalities.

You'll see all the different people under the stairs.

So this is my lovely living room.

I wanted it to feel zen and cozy,

but I didn't want the word, zen,

to take away from the colors.

I think Noor found the perfect couch

that is like the beautiful color and chic,

but still super, super comfortable.

It's centered perfectly with the TV.

I never lay on it without showering first,

get into a comfortable PJs and lay on it.

This is my favorite, favorite part of the entire house.

And then we have this beautiful painting.

I think this was her way of saying,

Here, here's your color, you know?

So yeah, all the art pieces in the house,

both me and her function on not really overthinking,

why and what is that?

It's just what speaks to us.

So don't ask me details about the art

if you're over at my place, 'cause it's gonna be awkward.

Moving on to the slowly cabinet that I have here.

Every single square opens up

to its own little, oops, awkward.

I think this one works.

Yeah, I live here.

So I keep my blankets in here,

sometimes when guests come over, we keep their bags

because we like to keep it neat in this household.

I was very hesitant about it,

and then it ended up being one of my favorite pieces

in the house.

This art piece right here, I love this

because it's already super subtle.

It's black with just not a lot going on,

and also it's hidden behind this ginormous plan.

So I just love that it's there in the background,

and it's so subtle.

Yeah, I'm subtle.

I love subtlety, as you can tell from my shirt.

My favorite room in the house, the dining space,

I mean, I mean, look at this.

Noor and I had this love for tiles,

and burgundy or maroon has been my color recently.

I wanted like a cafe restaurant vibe,

and I love these chairs so much.

I am a dining person,

so I really wanted the space to be lovely.

And then this whole space actually was part of the backyard,

and it was just dead space.

And then we decided to add this extension,

and now I have a part of it is this lovely glass ceiling,

which adds more light to the space.

And yeah, I just love, love, love this room so much.

If you see this space, you may think that I am known

as the Hostess with the Mostest,

but it takes me around an hour

to remember to offer my guests water,

which is why I only have really close people come over

so that they can help themselves,

which is why I made the kitchen so pretty and bright

so that it's an experience for them,

because if they don't help themselves, no one will.

Hopefully, hopefully, I would learn some skills

because I would love to host in this space.

I know I said this a lot,

but I think this could be my favorite part of the house,

the outdoor lounge area.

When we looked at outdoor furniture,

everything looked like things I've seen before.

And then my sister found this on Pinterest,

and with the help of Noor, we were able to custom-make this,

and they are just the fluffiest, coziest,

most comfortable outdoor furniture.

I am so, so ecstatic

about these ever since they arrive here.

We always chill outside.

I do my editing here sometimes.

Also my neighbors have birds,

so I always have birds chirping in my backyard.

So yeah, absolutely love it here.

We also have these trees that bent over time,

and now they have this like cocoon sort of vibe.

We also planted a lot of new trees and plants,

so in a year's time, this backyard is going

to look a lot more lush, and I can't wait for that.

Also, this is where Jessica does her daily tanning sessions.

Can't blame her.

Let me show you around the bedrooms,

starting with my bedroom.

After I picked this bedroom, I started to freak out

because what if it's too cold

because of a stainless steel finish?

I stuck to my gut, and after living in it,

the low bed and being hugged

by these side tables and these slick lamps,

just feels like a coffin,

in a good way, in a good way.

Also, my bedsheets always look like this.

[bright upbeat music]

We covered the closets with stainless steel as well,

and I just absolutely love this industrial vibe

that we got going on here.

Moving on to one of the guest bedrooms.

After I saw this bedroom, I was conflicted

because it is my favorite color, this olive green,

and it's dark, and it's just gave me cozy vibes to the max.

[bright upbeat music]

Onto the last bedroom in the house,

but I am pretty sure Samiha is taking a nap in here.

Let's see.

Mm.

Yeah, you do not wanna wake Samiha up.

[bright upbeat music]

Thank you so much for coming, AD.

It was lovely having you,

and I hope to see you next time.
